We understand that sometimes you might miss a class for whatever reason. Whilst we don't offer Make Up Classes per se, we do offer you a Session Credit so that you can book a single lesson as a "make up class" (more details on that later). Here's how to do it:
Inform Us via Email: Send an email to us at enquiries@alisontamswimming.com to request a Session Credit for the class you missed.
Book a Class: Head over to our Drop In Classes page and choose a class that fits your schedule. Press the Book Now button to use your credit. It won't work if you press Add to Cart.
Important Details
A friendly reminder regarding make up classes as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
First, is that unfortunately, we are unable to offer make up classes for lessons you can't attend. However, we do provide a "Session Credit." This credit can be used to book any available Drop In Class. You can even use the credit for another student within your family.
The Session Creit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue and will be forfeited if not used. It holds no monetary value and cannot be used to offset any fees.
For our regular Kids Courses, a maximum of 2 credits will be issued (1 for late participants), while Adult courses are limited to 1 credit. No session credits will be issued for Holiday Camps.
While we strive to offer a variety of Drop In Classes, we cannot guarantee their availability.
