How Do I Redeem My Paddle Points?

Hi everyone! Here’s a guide on how to redeem your Paddle Points on the Alison Tam Swimming website. Please note that this function is not available on the app yet.

1. Access the Website

   Use either a desktop or mobile browser to log in.

   
   

   

   
   

2. Add Items to Cart

   Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. If you select Book Now, you may not be given the chance to redeem your points.

   
   

3. Checkout

   View your cart and click the Checkout button.

   
   

4. Input Paddle Points

   In the Order Summary section on the right, enter the amount of Paddle Points you wish to redeem in the designated area.

   
   

   

   
   

5. Apply Reward

   Click the Apply Reward button. The total amount will adjust according to the points redeemed.

   
   

6. Payment Method

   Select your preferred payment method to complete your purchase.

   
   

Important Notes:

• Paddle Points can only be redeemed for in-person swim courses, Drop In Classes, and items from our Shop.

• They cannot be redeemed for online courses or class passes; however, you earn points with those purchases.
