Service Description
Tots 3 is designed for children between the ages of 2 to 3 years old. This program builds upon the skills and techniques learned in the previous Tots 2 level, with a focus on guiding parents on how to safely transition their toddlers towards greater independence in the water. As children reach this developmental stage, Tots 3 lessons emphasize teaching parents how to gradually allow their toddlers more freedom and control during water activities. Instructors demonstrate methods for safely supporting and supervising this transitional phase, ensuring children can explore the water in a secure manner. The primary goal of Tots 3 is for children to become comfortable and confident enough to begin performing basic swimming movements, such as a simple forward paddle. Parents learn how to properly encourage and guide their toddlers towards achieving this milestone, while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before the start of scheduled class else the full fee of the class will be charged. - Once the class has started, we will not offer any rescheduling or make up class for whatever reason the class is halted by you or by circumstances. - Instructors may be substituted due to circumstances. Cancellations made by us: - Should any cancellations need to be made my us we will endeavour to contact students and/or their parents as soon as possible via email or text. - The appropriate credit will be reimbursed for future use. Weather Related​ - Classes will only be cancelled if the pool is closed. Public pools are only closed when the Black Rainstorm warning or Typhoon 8 is hoisted. - For Drop In Classes, a session credit will be reimbursed to your account for future use. - For Courses, the class will be rescheduled. - Should the class have already started before the pool is closed, no reimbursement will be made.
